They advertised for a free trial for 14 days. I sign up thinking that they would give me 14 days worth of supplement to try then I can continue ordering. No where in their site does it say that they will automatically charge 84.93 every month. If I read that somewhere I wouldn't have sign up. Their site is very misleading. When I ordered they emailed me a receipt for the cost of shipping which was $4.95. But when I looked at my credit card statement they have charged me 4 transactions $2.46, $1.98, $4.95, $1.99. After 14 days of the initial charges, they have charged my account of $79.99 for green coffee and $79.99 for cleanse even though I didn't have 14 days. The products didn't get to me until a week after the initial charges which technically they are giving only a few days to a week to try. On Sept 10 they have charged my account again for the green coffee $79.99 and cleanse $64.95. I did not received these bottles. It has been 15 days since they have charge my account. I have tried calling them and the guy basically told me that this is what I've agreed too. I said to him but I never received any emails confirming the charges of $79.99. Again he just repeated to me that that's what I agreed when I sign up for their products. I received 3 emails since I sign up. One confirming the charges of $4.95 for shipping, two the confirmation that the trial bottles has been ship out and three the cancellation letter. They are a total scam.
