Ordered the slim lean which was an offer of 4.95 postage get the product free! Received an email to say thankyou for your order which is on its way to you ( never arrived ) also I had ordered colon cleanser?! ( I hadn't intended to ) so the postage of £4.95 for this was also debited from my account. Checking my account 2 weeks later they had debited 2 amounts of £69.70! I phoned the only number I could find only to be told by an American man who to put it mildly had the attitude of a stroppy teenager that I would not be getting a refund as i had failed to check the terms & conditions! I also found out that by ordering said pills that A. Hadn't arrived & B. Cost £140 for nothing that I had apparently signed up for a subscription of these pills & would be charged £140 every month! I asked for the subscription to be cancelled & have since received an email confirming this. I just really hope they don't take any more funds from my account, I can't believe I was so stupid to order these!

Hi,
There was a number next to the amount they had taken on my bank statement, was surprised anyone actually answered! The call was to America so not looking forward to my phone bill! I also emailed them & have been told I will receive a refund for half of what was taken, I'm not convinced though so will wait and see. Good luck with getting some or all of your money back.
