Purchased two android tablets 05/10/2012 unopened until Christmas Day given as presents to find they would not charge couldn't get In touch until February 2013 would not exchange only repaired on three separate occasions.then tried PayPal who I purchased them through but was told the time scale had lapsed.tried everyone e.g ombudsman trading standards but no joy.stuck with faulty goods I payed good money for you can understand if you purchase I faulty item but not two exactly the same items and exactly the same faults
