This company was advertising for extras, models, actors and promotional staff on seek.com.au. I applied and got a call back within two days from a lady called "Anita". You could tell she was reading from a script, told me she would email me an application form and kept telling me to read the terms and conditions.

So this morning I got a call from "Zed", saying that I was successful and whatnot. Now all I had to do was pay the $143 set up charge for my profile. I told him I was unable to pay that (I'm on job sites for a reason). Anyway he kept asking me if I'd read the terns and conditions. The $143 set up charge was not told to me in any emails or other correspondence I had received prior. I googled them and a number of complaints came up. So I assume that it is not genuine in the slightest and thought I should post this to save potential suckers like me.
