I was using the bid buddy system where you commit bids so you can't be outbid...I had 16 bids left and it gave the win to some else when I clearly should have won...This happened twice earlier in the week with two other items that I was bidding on at the last few seconds and did complain. They returned that emailing apologizing that their system was running slow so I let it go...Three emails later to the so called SUPPORT line has not responded....Further. they also claimed I have won my $200 limit in items for the month and am banned for the next two weeks! Whats up with this scam...I have won less than $100 in items such as amazon cards yet I have spent over 100 in purchasing bids...I think I found their phone number 888-749-4066...I will try this since they so not respond to emails or support when they are clearly wrong! Buyer beware!
