We are a registered payment options provider and we signed an agreement to carry Check process service to provide e-check payment options to our merchants and their customers.

Due to poor quality, mishandling clients checks, charges and various other quality issues our Merchants rejected and refuse to use this service as it was affecting their customers in a negative way and causing sales loses, product lose and penalty charges.

We spoke with their customer representatives but little was done to fix these issues. Merchants of course had less patience and demanded to be transferred to other payment options.
We clearly stated this issues to CP and we went ahead and transferred merchants out of this service.

Funds that CP collected from these merchants were never settled back to the merchants.
We covered these costs as the merchants need to get their settlements with the expectation as agreed upon in our contract that CP would in time settle the remaining due funds.

This never occurred, CP sales team stopped responding to e-mails, access to the platform was cut off. Skype communications, emails, calls are all ignored.

We are following up now with legal action but would like to inform the public, both consumers and businesses to be wary of this company.
