My parner ordered some boots and gloves for me for my birthday, we have received an e-mail from sslbillpay.com. we have not had a confirmation or a tracking number as promised from popboots.com and they have failed to reply to me. I believe we have been robbed and scammed. How do we get our money back? As with Bells the other person who made a complaint we were also told there could be other charges on top of what we have already paid. No contact number or address for them either, very suspicious.
