I ordered from this company over a week ago. I waited several days for a confirmation mail an order number or a tracking number after they billed my card and got nothing. I politely e-mailed them asking about the problem and received a mail back that contained no apology but just the line "what's your order number?". The very thing I didn't get and asked them for in the mail. Since their customer service clearly doesn't care enough to read the mails they are sent, I called and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was refused a supervisor by someone who spoke very broken English. After repeated attempts to explain the problem I eventually was able to understand that they canceled the order without contacting me because I wanted the product shipped to my office address instead of home. They asked if I wanted it sent to a different address on the form, then explained on the phone that they can't actually do that.... Apparently they can keep my money though. Eventually I ended up filing a fraud complaint with my bank and they got me all of my money back. I still haven't received an apology, and I'm sure in the week since, they have ripped of several other customers.
