I ordered the free trial sample, i did see the charge for 4.79 for s/h. I started to look at my account today 9/26/13 and i saw a charge for 89.95 so i immediately called them and they said they would cancel and refund me in 10 days. The person I spoke with was named Red,She did say that after the "14 trial" they would charge me 89.95 after each month, I told her " 14 what?" she said " 14 trial" I told her I hadn't even received ONE! while "Red" ( with an indian accent)put me on hold i found another charge for 89.95 taken out on 9/06/13 so i notified her and she repeated they charge each month following the trial and I told her they charged me twice in one month, she stayed quiet and frequently stuttered, she didn't really explain the return process very well, kept repeating herself. she said she would refund the second amount as well. She had given me a refund account # . Hopefully I get my money back, definitely going to order a new card with my bank since they have my current one on file. I avoided answering with "yes" just because i've heard of other scammers who alter pre recorded conversations.
