I bought two products from this company and payed extra for three day shipping when I was emailed my tracking information I seen it was not going to be here in the three days. So I called and talked to Albert and asked him what happened to my order delivery date. I told him I played for 3 days he told me to hold on he would see about a shipping refund so I did. When he got back on the phone he said sorry there is nothing that they could do. So I told him that's not right and they must like take in money for a service and not doing what they say. Well I called ups and found out that the package don't have a three day ship time it was normal ups ground. So in fact I believe they stood from me because the took the money with no plans on sending it in the three day time frame I paid for thanks for any help
