After checking my account I noticed an unauthorized charge in the amount of 30.00. I immediately contacted the number listed on my bank records. A young lady by the name of Andrea R stated I had signed up for their services and the 30.00 was my application fee. I did not sign up for their services as they cannot tell me what their services are. In any case I demanded a refund which she stated she would process and I would see a credit in 3-7 business days. During this time checks I had written were presented on my account which caused it to have overdraft fees. I again contacted the "company" to inquire as to who were gonna pay my bounced check fees to the other merchants it was at this time that they became beligerant and told me this was my problem. Per my bank I am taking copies of emails I received saying I was getting a refund and that my account has been cancelled (if you haven't already deleted them, those emails speed the dispute process should you opt to have your bank recoup your money). If you sit around and wait for these foreign scam artists to refund your money, you will be old gray and toothless. Don't waste time calling them because they will give you the run around and eventually piss you off, dispute the charges with your bank and file a criminal report with the Attorney General and BBB in your state.
