We entered into a contract with CIG Realty, working directly with the following individuals,Keith Anthony; Anthony Podias; Henry Peters; Y. Castillo on August 27, 2012 to purchase a property located at 401 Cardinal Dr., Springtown, TX 76082. On August 28, 2012 we wired $5,500 to the Maspeth Federal Savings Bank, located at 56-18 69th St., Maspeth, NY 11378 per their request for a down payment and title bill. We requested a refund in October 2012 which we received confirmation that as of October 9, 2012 it was being processed. Their refund policy stated that they would be made within 15 to 20 days. We tried several times to resolve this matter but have yet to receive our refund. We did file a complaint with the BB and the New York Attorney General. We have had no success.
