I applied for a loan in February. I got a text from Katie at plfinder saying if I logged in they had a loan for me. I logged in and there was no loan but when I checked my online banking £49.99 had been taken by this company. I emailed them and got a response saying if the moneys been took I had to wait 6 month and if I hadn't took advantage of any loan I would get a refund. I waited the 6 month and now they are saying my details aren't on file :/ what's changed? How did they have my details to take money from my bank but have suddenly lost them?
