this problem started in august with delivery and after looking at contents only anf finding items short it took a letter that we sent to get a lot of missing items . we spent over 10 hrs on phone , no one would give us there name , and had phone put down on numerous occasions. we explained that we were going away in september for 2 weeks and builders would be fitting kitchen then. they had numerous problems with at least 25 items , broken , scratched ,and at this stage we also found that the design was totally wrong and certain would not fit in the place they should have been . we contacted company yesterday to stop the swop of 25 items because they would not fit the design anyway . we spoke to a lady named carly that we were now pre-pared to lose the £2,400 we had paid and we were now going somewhere else , yet today we received a phone call from haulage company saying they were 5mins away from delivery and we explained we did not want products . we just want you to tell people that this company is a sham and too keep clear from them . in the last 5 yrs this company has gone bust and started again under this new name . we are both out of work and our hard earned money has been swallowed up by this company because of inferior design , inferior quality of items but most of all a total lack of customer support with no one managerial too talk to .
