I have a contract with Choice Home Warranth. My air conditioner unit (upstairs) went out they sent a repairman was fixed. Almost 2 weeks later it went out again. The same company that came to fix it said I needed a new unit. CHW sent out 3 different companies they all said the same thing and CHW refused to pay. I have since sent them all of the information, sent them copies, a letter, contacted the company for the correct email address, since the one they have on the booklet is incorrect. I sent all of this on 09/17/13 priority mail, I still have not received a response. I have fixed the problem and paid out of my pocket, but would like to get reimbursed and yet I have not even received a confirmation of them receiving my emails, letter, calls, etc.
