I ordered a sample product anti-aging wrinkle remover on September 4, 2013. The product arrived about September 9th. My spouse started using it and broke out in a rash. My credit card statement arrived today (Sept 27, 2013)showing two charges - one on Sept 4 postage $5.99(cdn) for the free sample I replied to); and another charge of $102.44 (cdn) for automatic shipment payment. I phoned the company and cancelled my account today. BUT was told the the 102.44 was not refundable - even though there would be no shipment because I cancelled. Lorelia keeps my 102.44 because I did not cancel withing their 14 day free use period. But I did cancel. This is thievery by that company. The 14-day period should run from 4 Sept to 28 Sept at the least. I cancelled on t he 27th. All I want is the 102.44 refunded. I WANT MY MONEY BACK from LORELIA. They keep my money and send me nothing? What a scam.
