Just like the others who took a survey, which they said $4.95 for shipping. When I checked my account a second $4.95 was taken out. I contacted my bank, they say i should contact the company to cancel the transaction and if the company don't. I should call back the bank and make a dispute claim, regarding the company and the transactions. They are not suppose to take money out of anyone account without the individual permission.
