After watching a Dr Oz program on Garcinia Cambogia - I attempted to place an order on line. However, the message kept coming up that the address did not match. After several attempts I gave up.
The next day a lady from USA phoned me and said that they noticed that I had attempted to place an order on line for Garcinia Cambogia and Cleansecatalyst plus a total of $176.36 AU. I then told her what had happened and she said that she could take the order over the phone. I proceeded to place the order and gave her my credit card details. I have subsequently been debited six times for the products that I ordered. I have contacted their customer service call centre and they are not able to help as the orders have been dispatched!!!!I have made an attempt to e-mail their head office - as there is no telephone number for the "corporate" office - very convenient.
I have reported this matter to my bank - and submitted a Customer Transaction Dispute Form.
