I ordered a bag via Coachpurseoutletonline.net which was branded as Coach (http://www.cheapcoachhandbagonlinesale.net/coach-thompson-crossbody-foldover-tote-black-70493-p-90.html) but, for the reduced price, I expected to be either a damaged item or a counterfeit good. Nevertheless, I went ahead and payment was made online via sslbillpay.com (which I have since become aware has received numerous complaints as being a fraudulent company). After a few days and having had to pay customs fees, I received a Michael Kors bag that was clearly a counterfeit good of bad quality. I emailed Coachpurseoutletonline.net to complain and after several emails and, despite my complaints and stating that I wished the situation to be rectified in the form of a refund or receiving the genuine product that I had paid for, they refused to correct the situation. I continued to complain and their final offer was a 10% refund and vouchers worth £25. In my view, this is entirely unacceptable; it's not only unethical but also legally dubious as it is my understanding that an online purchase is tantamount to a legally binding contract. I would like this sitaion corrected not just for the money but to ensure that companies like Coachpurseoutletonline.net do not trade any more.
