On 21st September I downloaded a trial of anti-wrinkle serum Juveneu to only pay postage and handling of $1.99 for a 30 day free trial. I provided Visa details for p/h payment. The product arrived 2 weeks later on 5th October and my Visa card has been debited for a further $84.71US plus $6.50AU conversion charges on 6th October, 2 weeks prior to one month after the order date and 1 day after receipt of the product at my address in Australia. I have tried to contact Juveneu with no response.
