Hi,
This is second time in row, I have received defective product.
Ordered for the Ladies Crown Smart Pouch Yellow color, the item was delivered on 09/28/2013.
After opening the item, found that it's latch is broken and it's of no use, I wanted to surprise my wife with this gift but all in vain.
This is happening second time in row it's really disgusting for me, the previous item a perfume was tester came with broken cap.
I am now doubt full on the authentication of your products.
