We prepaid for service this year & the yard looks worse than it did before they supposedly started treatments. The crowning blow is regarding the fall over seeding service which costs extra & must be scheduled. They have claimed on two occasions that they arrived & could not get in due to our dogs. They claim they called but that is not true. The latest rescheduled appointment was today. I called from 0730-1330 today to four numbers with no answer & no voicemail. When they finally answered they say they came last week & rescheduled again due to dogs. This company cannot be trusted on any level of service. I have asked to be reimbursed for the remaining prepaid amount paid. I doubt I will ever see the money but I wanted this information to be online for others to see. Don't use EPM Lawn Care Service located on Jackson Ave (or street, not sure), Cary, NC.
