Absolutely the worst Customer Service representation possible.I have made three calls, one a few minutes ago, and spoke to a discourteous,abrupt and uncooperative individual. I want to CANCEl this order in full. I received a package in the mail today, I WILL return it unopened,and marked REFUSED.
I will take steps with my credit card company and stop payment immediately.
To call this a scam is mild. What appeared to be a trial for @29.95 ended up with a $148 charge. You will not get away with this. I intend to pursue it as far as I can go. Your company's attitude and policies could not be worse.
