I ordered a free trial of garcinia cambogia extract on September 19th. All it said I had to pay was shipping which estimated to almost $3 dollar's. I never saw it in my bank statement so I wasn't sure it was even ordered. Then I received a package no bill or any information just 4 bottle's of the garcinia. Which I thought was odd. I checked my bank everyday. not till now I saw 149.95 going out to these people. I called right away and I got the run around. The lady told me that I could keep all the bottles and she would put 20 dollars back in my account I told her no. I was only expecting 1 bottle for the free trial. And then she said that she would put 30 dollars back in my account. I said no you don't understand I only wanted the free trial. I will send all 4 bottle's back and I expect a full refund. She said okay. I asked her to email me their shipping information so I could send it back. I checked to make sure she had my correct email. I still have not received an email from them. I saw a very similar complaint about the same company. Something needs to happen. I plan on calling again to see if I get my money back.
