I was under the impression with their ad that I could have "free" sample and just be billed the $3.00 for shipping on my credit card. I received four bottles billed at $148.96, that I was told was going to hit my credit card after the ten day trial period, which started from the date you requested the free sample!!! Incredible!!! I called the company and spoke to a guy who keep taking off increments oh $25.00 from the total they billed. I asked for a manager and could not talk to one. FINALLY, I got them to cancel the order. I am returning the forms bottles back to the company and I was given a cancellation number and a return merchandise approval (RMA) number. Beware of companies saying free sampling.

  • Almost identical experience, except I didn't find out about the "trial period" until I called to complain about the $149 credit card charge. Same conversation with $25 increment discounts with me trying to talk to a manager. They finally cancelled the order and the "subscription", gave me an RMA# to mail back what I hadn't used yet. I did receive a full refund ($149) credited to my original credit card, so I was able to cancel the merchant dispute I had filed with my credit card company. I thought I was only out the return shipping cost.

    WARNING, this was almost 3 months ago, and just yesterday I received ANOTHER BOTTLE in the mail. Sure enough, there was a charge I didn't recognize on my credit card for $78. Different merchant name, different phone number (which doesn't actually take calls). Calling my credit card to dispute this one too...
