After receiving info from the above company, a representative called me offering me a seven day period to try the product. All I needed to pay was 2.75 for shipping. After using the product within the seven day period, if I wasn't satisfied, I would be fully reimbursed--159.00.
I was taken. The fraudulent company withdrew $159.00 from my account prior to receipt of the product. How does one know if the product is acceptable if the product wasn't sent in a timely matter?
I called customer service and demanded immediate reimbursement. The company rep said the seven day period began on the day I ordered the product. REALLY??? No where was that EVER stated.
Since the seven days passed, I would not be reimbursed. HELLO???? I did not receive the product for 2 weeks. What a scam. I will visit my bank tomorrow and if need be file a lawsuit. Class action anyone???
I was lied to, cheated, robbed, and treated disrespectfully. I asked for the name of the CEO...not allowed to give out. Go figure!!!
Never again. Shop locally.
