Received several calls in June. Finally responsed when they said they had a case pending against me in court. I had an old payday loan so I figured it was legitimate. The agreement was to pay $200 a month ($100 from each paycheck). There would be 7 payments. I made all 7 payments, the last payment was on September 15. I figured that would be the end of it, until today. I got a message stating that I have missed my payment and the payment had been returned. I'm assuming since their 7 payments are up they are trying to get more money, since there was money in my account, but they didn't have authorization to pull out another payment. I know that the calls and threats will continue if something isn't done.
