I was pressured, my wife as well, into committing c$250 for a 7-year support package for my PC.
I trusted the Company to provide a good and reliable service, for 24/7, only to find that they only offer (undefined) "office hours" cover.
They have "helped" me on 3 occasions. On 2 of these occasions I discovered that they had removed data from a file and on one occasion, while I was watching their actions, they made a catastrophic change to the PC registry. The only course of action was to do a System Backup, which caused deletion of files and software, some of which they had installed.
It horrifies me that, if I continue to use their services, they could cause much more damage, perhaps without thinking, and so jeopardize the integrity of the PC.
In short, I have no option but dispense with their services and not let them loose on my PC any more.
I wish to get my money repaid, and, yesterday, I telephoned them and after explaining some of the issues that have resulted in so much upset, I asked them to refund my money which was followed by their disbelief, lots of shouting from them and finally they banged the phone down and ended the call.
I have tried telephoning them today but they are not answering any calls.
