I was following their advertisement on FB for a a sample of weight-loss product at a cost of less than $3. I was in the process of making the payment online and then realized that they will charge me $159 for 2 -weeks supply of their product. I didn't enter the pincode for my credit card & cancelled the payment process (i guess i won't be charged since i didn't submit the security number for my card, hence the transaction couldn't be verified).
According to their terms and agreement, if i want to cancel the purchase, i can simply email them so, i emailed them using the address given, but unfortunately the email was not saved in my sent folder!
I was then charged $159 on sept 3, 2013 for a product that i haven't received till now!
So damn pissed off.. Please help me..
