A man named Jeffery Jr promised me 5000 in a loan at 21percent. I just had to provide 5% of the loan and 400 to insurance in case i could not pay. I submitted it, stupidly, thru paypack. They have now had a number that i was calling that say it cannot be completed as dialed. Family broke and bills are due...passed due. What do I do? the number is2093201618.
