I signed up for the free trial unaware that this also signed me up for an automatic subscription. They have taked £95.00 from my bank but I am unable to either email or phone to cancel my subscription as both are no longer working

- same thing just happened to me. yesterday they took £84 from my bank account without my authorisation. I have cancelled the card that they have details on and my bank are watching my account to try to stop any more transactions being taken by them. I have also just tried to e mail the company. shall see if it gets bounded back by the postmaster.

- Hi Nicola,refer to my other posts, you need to convert your Pounds into Dollars, I used it as $1.5 US Dollars to the GB Pound and mine worked out at $130 Dollars. will keep you informed.
