I got this "free" skin cream from a site called Womens Freebies, therefore, I thought it was free because it was implied by RVTL. I paid £2.99 postage and got the cream after 15days. Then on 28th sept 2013 they took £89.00 from my bank account. After an e-mail and a phone call to them, it seems to be cancelled. They replied to my e-mail by saying that the terms and conditions explains all this. Basically, I was well and truly conned. Funnily, my e-mails in reply have all failed. I just received a call from my bank saying that my bank card has been comprimised and they are sending a new one. It was only for £3 something, from a company in America! Coincidence?

I have done the same as you sent emails with no replys but I cannot find any telephone no, to contact this company would appreciate if you could post the phone no you have on here and I am sure a lot of other women would also like the contact phone number !!!

- I know it's been a while for you but The phone number i used on 22nd jan 2014 was 0233002788. They were no use horrible and just laughed as said ok when i said i would get legal advice and involve trading standards. I am waiting for a reply to a letter requesting a full reffund of £95 they charged me.
