I ordered a product, returned it express mail, timely and it has been 7 weeks and I have not received my refund as promised. I have called every week 2 to 3 times a week. Each time being told, don't worry, it takes time etc. I have asked for a supervisor on several occasions and there is never one around. This company is a scam and fraud. I completed my part as requested and have not received my money. I have spoke to Jesar, Henson,Oliver, Angel and Jessica. Angel informed me she was forwarding to a supervisor Christina Artego... I called asking for Christina and suddenly she works at a different location. These people are crooks.
