Received an extremely deceptive direct mail mailing from Mulligan stating that "within the last 10 days you were sent a new Mulligan Merchant Cash Card for the Account listed above. According to our records, the card for this account has not been activated."
I have never heard of or done business with Mulligan and this is obviously some sick and twisted way to get people to call them so they can solicit services.
