Purchased a trailer BBQ for $1000 on Sept 24th and have had only two email responses (out of 10 emails sent) stating that they've received the payment and that the order is processing. No reply to other emails or phone call requests. Looks like many others had their problems start at the exact same time. DO NOT purchase with this website.
