I ordered the product and immediately saw a higher price after hitting the checkout button. I had to wait for over a month to receive the product and returned it the next day unopened. The charge was never taken off my bill. Just hung up after a fight as the girl claimed it was after the 14 day refund limit!!!!! She wouldn't let me talk to anyone else, just giggled. I'm fuming mad, they got a unopened returned product and I'm stuck with a credit card bill and nothing to show for it :(

- My bank - Chase - reversed the charge after I told them the company refused to give me an RMA to return the product under their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. I love my bank!
