I applied for a loan. Fast cash USA contacted me by phone a few days later stating they needed to verify my financial information. I was told that I would need to verify that I would be able to make my first months payment by purchasing a Vanilla Reload Network Card. These card are used to reload pre paid visa, mastercards. Once I purchased the card to show that I was capable of making the payments toward the loan. The man, Maude Jackson, then told me thank you and hung up the phone. Needless to say that they took the $500 off of this reload card. When I called them back I was told that there was a block on my social security number and I was not allowed to get the loan until I had the block removed. I was given a phone number for a company called One Click Cash. The man there stated that I took out a Payday loan sometime in the past year. He was not able to give me any dates or any information about this "loan" that I received. I have never tried to get a loan before and I know that I would never be able to even get a payday loan in the state of New York because they are illegal to loan those particular kinds of loans to any resident in New York. They then told me that I would need to purchase another Reload card to pay them in order to have the block on my SSN to be removed. When I told them that I was not going to pay the $450 that they were requesting because I did not have any more money from the last man that took it off of the card, he told me that he was going to send the police department to my place of employment and have me arrested for fraud. I told he that to send the police to come and arrest me and that I would even wait at my job for them to show up. Instead he just hung up on me. When I called the number back he refused to talk to me and kept hanging up. I called back Fast Cash USA and told them that One Click Cash would not remove the block on my SSN, Maude Jackson, got very irrate with me and told me that was unacceptable and that I needed to pay them the $450 that they requested. This is when I realized that it was a scam because I never mentioned the amount of the other "loan" or the man that I spoke with there. When I told them to cancel the loan, he told me that I was going to lose my $500 because his $5000 that was the total amount of the loan was being blocked as well. He told me that the only way that I was going to be able to get back the $500 that he took was to pay the $450 to the other company.
