bought vacation package last year at that time i was told i had up to 2 years to use package and if i needed more time i could call before eapiration date and get another 2 year extension for free.I startd receiving calls a couple of weeks ago stating there had been no activity on my account and i was getting close to my expiration date.I advised them what I was told when I purchased the package they said they were sorry but it didnt work that way then tried to sell me an extension for $99. I've had several calls since trying to sell me extensions they dont realize that they keep calling me even after I refused to buy the extension the first time.I spoke with Kendall the first time they called then he called again today and he had no clue that he had already spoke to me.I called customer service today and they were very rude. Explained my situation asked for my money back they said no told me that I should have read my contract didnt matter what I was told when purchase was made.Its not fair to the consumer that we are being treated this way. I will never make a purchase over the phone like that again. Iam PISSED.
