Every single month around the 16th or so I get a charge on my US Bank Account listed as "Phone Authorized Pmt Nuf Hp Insr888" Some how these thieves take $19.16 from me every month right on time. I don't know how this happens or why. It has been going on for at least three years now. I would like it to stop.
