Complaint. I have placed sample order with their sales manager Miss Wendy Chan and i trasfered the money by Western Union on the 27th of September 2013. She then informed me that due to festivities she was going to send the packet on the the 3rd of October by DHl. She informed me to send the money to LI TING HUANG which i did. On 3rd Ocotber I have sent her an email asking her to send me the tracking number. I did not receive an answer not even after 3 other emails which I sent her. I even tried to phone her more than 10 times to their office and to her mobile number and the answer was that the phone is off power and at her office not a position to respond.
The order which i made was for a mini ipad 4, a samsung galaxy note 2 and Ampe A78 3G 7 inch tab.
Still to this time no answer. Their tel numbers are: Mobile 0086 15018904159 and their office number is 00852 53904159.
