I ordered a Free Trial on-line on June 23/13. My visa has been billed $461.78(US) [$496.76 CDN]for 3 months' product I did not order. I didn't realize this until Oct.4. I phoned the company and said I am returning all product and I want to cancel all orders and request refund. I was told my account would be cancelled & closed but there will be no refund because I didn't cancel in time. How do I get me money back and ensure they do not bill my Visa again?
