The complaint is against an online dating profile
The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity
The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity

Received a threatening e-mail about an unpaid loan. I then repeatedly requested (about 10 times) details about the loan and finally received vague info in which month the loan was issued and to which bank it was paid.
It was immediately clear that this loan was bogus, which I then explained to ACS and stated that this was a fraud or possibly identity theft and I would immideately file a claim with the police. Since that email I have not received a response or another payment threat from ACS.
