I returned the product on 8/15/13 with the RMA# 36991165598230 attached to the label. I didn't get a USPS tracking number. When packages are sent, don't they check the RMA# on any incoming packages? Now I'm out of $104.97 because they said they never received the package and probably give the items to another client. It's now October and no refund and they said they don't have the package.
Update: 10/25/2013
Primalite gave me my refund on 10/23/13 for the full amount of $104.97.
