I ordered a skin peel product on aug 5,2013.
I was waiting for the product to arrive until Sept,15,2013 that I decided to follow up my order. With the customer service ticket status which i used, no one contacted me. Then I tried the international and USA phone lines which the recorded voice said the line is temporarily unavailable. I did try to email the
CGI enterprises and the Accusource who billed me in my credit card but no response at all. I want a refund of my payment.
