I ordered this product online for about $10 as part of a free trial offer. i got an email after purchasing it to advise that it would be sent out and should arrive in 14 days. 21 days past and i never got the product so i emailed their support team- [email protected] to advise them i never got the product. once that was sent i went onto their easycancel page to cancel anymore products being sent. i found that i had to pay either $19.95 or $39.95 to cancel it and i could keep the products that were sent (even though i received nothing) so i left it. a few days later i got charged the $98.64. i then emailed them again as never heard back regarding my first email and i demanded a refund and for them to take my credit card details off their system. i believe this is a total scam and may have to resort to cutting up my credit card and getting a new one if i do not hear back from them
