I followed up an advert to try some anti ageing cream. I was told that I would only be charged the postage. I never read that I would be sent more cream and charged £95.95 for it. My bank called me as a suspicous amount had gone from my account.
I have emailed the company today and asked for my money to be refunded to my bank,
