My son 18 years old agreed to six month of magazines at $3.99/Month. After that they said he had agreed verbally to 60 months subscription. They harrassed him over the phone for a long time. Finally he agreed to pay $89.95 to close the agreement. Now we received a letter from a collections agency saying he owes $599.95. The letter also says they changed their business name to Preffered Customer Corp. The Collection agency is 'Umbrella Recovery Team' 73280 El Paseo Dr. Palm Desert, Ca 92260. (951) 692-7820.
