In August and September 2013 I replied to requests for information and to fill out a questionnaire. It all seemed quite OK. At the end there was a statement that I could select a "thank you" sending, which I did. There was a small charge for shipping and handling, which I paid. On Sep1, 2013 my VISA was charged for USD AMT 99.98 and paid with CAD 105.88. I tried to get in touch with the company with no success. On Oct 1 my VISA again was charged for USD AMT 99.98 and paid with CAD 108.25 This time I searched for a way to stop this nonsense and found this website. Please help.
