Ordered the trial lift and Pro glow and Pro lift serum at the introductory price of £1.99 per item +p&p. There was no visible instructions to say you signing up to a monthly contract and definitely no visible instructions of £84.71 per product per month.
No paperwork arrived with the order just a card with phone numbers if you needed to contact the company with any queries, so again you are unaware of the money you are about to loose.
Today I received a telephone call from the fraud department of my bank querying payments to this company of £84.71 x 2. The bank had already made one payment but stopped the second so I am now trying to claim back £84.71.
After my phone call to the bank I tried to phone the company on the telephone number provided guess what you get connected hear music for a couple of minuets then get cut off.....surprised? no.
Vanity has a price to pay and I have just paid it!
