I thought this was an offer from my bank as it had a symbol from my bank and showed-up as I was closing down my on-line banking accounts. It offered to credit it back to my credit a/c immediately. This did not happen. I did finally get a credit two months later and then it started showing up again on another credit card again after my bank closed that card and gave me a new credit card.
